I loved Finlay’s book on color as well. What is the history of the color red? Aperfect Red, by Amy Butler Greenfield perhaps?

The book on color is one of my favorites. I’ve also got one on the history of the color red – both are fascinating sagas of the who, the where, the what and the why of color (which we take for granted)
